AROBS to buy UCMS Romania
AROBS Transilvania Software, a company specialized in providing outsourced business solutions is developing its growth strategy and acquires human resources management business, UCMS Romania from the TMF Group.
By doing this, AROBS will offer its customers two new advanced services: True HR and dpPayroll. One of the key developments is to have a better customer experience for product users.
Regarding this recent step, the Founder and CEO of AROBS Transilvania Software, Voicu Oprean said: ‘We are delighted to be adding two recognized HR products to our offering, adding expertise, cementing growth and providing even better services and products for our clients. AROBS Transilvania Software has been diversifying its portfolio, now operating automotive, travel, life sciences and enterprise applications. Completing the transaction is subject to regulatory approval in Romania.
