CTP to build large logistics park in Romania

A well-known real estate developer – CTP is planning to initiate a large build project near Romania’s capital city of Bucharest, set to start this spring.

Thanks to a land acquisition of 19 hectares, from Willbrook, finalized in 2019, CTP has enough space for its large build project. CTP purchased the land for 6 million EUR, which is located near Bucharest, having connections to the A3 highway.

The company will focus on building a new logistics park, with an area of 90,000 sqm, dedicated mainly to electronic commerce.

‘We will start the project this spring, with units starting from 3,000 sqm for warehouses, logistics spaces, and spaces with controlled environment and temperature’, according to CTP CEO, Remon Vos.

CTP plans to invest 60 million EUR in this project, which is set to be completed in 2021, according to Remon Vos.

CTP, the largest owner of warehouses in Romania, has invested 500 million EUR in industrial and logistics spaces in Romania, now owning more than 1 million sqm, in 15 logistics parks.
