Gebrüder Weiss Romania to continue warehouse lease
Gebrüder Weiss România has signed a contract with P3 Logistic Parks to prolong a lease on warehouse and office space.
The P3 Logistic Parks allowed Gebrüder Weiss to continue to operate out of the P3 Bucharest A1 park, where it has been a tenant since 2011. Gebrüder Weiss will benefit from 22,400 sqm of warehouse and office space.
Regarding the recent decision, the Managing Director of P3 in Romania, Sînziana Pardhan said: ‘We are honoured to continue the collaboration with Gebruder Weiss and we thank them for the trust invested in the P3 team and in our logistic park from km 13’.
The Austrian transport and logistics company – Gebrüder Weiss, extended its operations in the Romanian logistics park in 2017, by leasing an additional 8,800 sqm, presently reaching 22,400 sqm.
Gebruder Weiss România has a network of 9 logistics terminals and cross-docking nationwide in Bucharest, Cluj, Bacău, Arad, Constanța, Oradea Sibiu, Brașov and Craiova.
The P3 Bucharest A1 park is the largest multifunctional park in Romania’s capital city of Bucharest, with 380,000 sqm developed in 14 warehouses.
