A well-known Romanian investment group, Urbano Parks, is planning a new investment in one of Romania’s fast-growing cities.
Urbano Parks officials recently declared they will invest 14 million EUR in a new logistics park development, located in one of the country’s growing urban centers, Cluj-Napoca, a city that’s attracting all sorts of companies.
The Urbano Cluj Vest Logistics Park will be completed by the end of 2020, according to official estimates, covering an area of 24,500 sqm.
The logistics park will have access to the Transylvanian Highway and the Avram Iancu International Airport, Cluj-Napoca’s major air hub.
Some of the first tenants announced are Englmayer and Schuller Eh`Klar, Austrian companies, which rented over 4,500 sqm of spaces for office, technical, sanitary and storage areas.
