China expects great deal in Romania

The China Investment Corporation (CIC) intends to sell its Logicor deposits that it holds in Romania, expecting a multi-million EUR deal, one of the largest transactions in the industrial segment. The company is optimistic about its decision to sell the Logicor logistics business at a price of around 30 million EUR.

Logicor operates more than 155,000 sqm of logistics space in Romania, divided between four locations. CIC took over the company in 2017 from the US investment fund Blackstone. Some of the most important client-tenants that Logicor has in Romania are IKEA, Coca-Cola, Profi Rom Food, Heineken and DPD.
