cargo-partner’s Logistics Center, located near the Václav Havel Airport (Prague, Czech Republic) now offers storage for a new type of cargo.
A brand new warehouse section offers temperature-controlled storage services, ideally for products that need to be kept in low temperatures between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. We’re talking about 1,400 sqm of storage, with 1,800 pallet slots, dedicated to perishables such as milk, meat, baked goods, beverages, fruits and vegetables.
The new warehouse section is part of a larger area, located inside the Prague Airport Park, next to the Amazon Fulfillment Center. The new logistics center, which opened in the first part of 2019, provides a storage area of 10,900 sqm, with 1,200 sqm of bonded warehouse space and 11,000 pallet slots. It also has 25 loading gates.
Regarding the new warehouse and its benefits for the company, the CEO of cargo-partner, Stefan Krauter said: ’With this warehouse, we are responding to the demands of our customers from the Foodstuffs & Perishables industry in the country.
